Straightness Training
Straightness Training (ST) focuses on preparing the horse for the extra weight of a rider by developing their muscles equally on both sides as well as gradually shifting their center of mass off their fragile front legs onto their hind legs and encouraging them to carry themselves vs depending on the rider.
